Join us for the return of“The Jack”, San Diego’s premier white sea bass spearfishing tournament, honoring the legendary Jack Prodanovich. This tournament is all about getting in the water, celebrating the sport, and raising money for ocean conservation throughAll Waters, a nonprofit defending recreational access and fishery health.
Submission Rules:
White Sea Bass must be taken by freedive spearfishing only.
Must be weighed on a certified scale on land with visible photos of the fish, weight, and scale certification date.
Submit entries in person at Spear America San Diego during business hours or via email tospearamericasd@gmail.com within 48 hours of capture.
Final deadline for submissions:11:59 PM PST, Sunday, June 8
Points = 1 per pound. In the event of a tie, most submitted white seabass wins; if still tied, the earliest entry wins.
Divers must follow all current CA DFW laws. Disqualifications are at our discretion.
